History

Puritan Bakery is a privately owned bakery, started by Dwight Grimes in 1938.

Tom Grimes succeeded his father in 1964. John Markulis joined the company as a partner in 1965.

Today we've grown into the bakery that delivers the
"Best Buns in Town".
